Are all the products on your site new?

Yes.  Every product we ship is new and comes direct from the manufacturer with the full manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

How long will it take for me to receive my item(s)?

That depends a little on where you are located and how close that is to a distribution center.  The average order arrives at its destination within 2-3 business days for priority rates and 2-9 business days for media rates.

What is your refund policy?

What warranties do you offer?

All warranties are serviced by the manufacturer of the product, and are not serviced by Lifeways Books and Gifts.

We strive to bring you the best prices we can by reducing our operational costs.  By using the internet as our storefront, we save on many costs that our competitors spend millions of dollars a year to maintain.  Also, you act as your own sales representative by reading the descriptions on our site, so you don’t pay the large commissions our competitors must give their salespeople.  As a family owned business, we are committed to keeping our prices below those of our competitors so that your family can enjoy the best products for less.

We hear a lot about the few mishaps in the system, but you don’t often hear about the millions of transaction that take place flawlessly every day over the internet.  To date, we have had no reports of any security problems with any of our customers.
